
Brandy Clark is a respected education leader and public servant with more than 25 years of experience in finance, administration, human resources, and educational leadership. She currently serves as a Financial and Administrative Officer at the University of California, Riverside, where she manages complex budgets and helps strengthen academic programs and university operations.
As President of the Moreno Valley Unified School District Board of Education, Brandy is a strong advocate for students, educators, and families. She has championed responsible and transparent budgeting, expanded student mental health and social-emotional resources, and successfully led the return of free Driver’s Education and Driver’s Training for district students.
Brandy also serves as a Director at Large for the National School Boards Association and as President of the California Alliance of Black School Educators. Guided by integrity, collaboration, and a deep commitment to public service, Brandy is working to ensure every student has access to opportunity, every educator is supported, and every taxpayer dollar is invested wisely.
